When you print, scan or copy any document, a line appears at the top of the page, (on the first page only if you print multiple pages), that reads similar to:
“Get /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1 Host:Localhost”
The cause is a setting that needs to be changed within the Printer settings window.

The steps to fix this are:
- Press the Windows + I keys to open the Settings app.
- Go to Bluetooth & Devices, then Printers & scanners.
- Scroll down to see the section Related Settings.
- Scroll to click Print Server properties.\
- Go to Advanced tab and uncheck “Show notifications for local printers.” Uncheck the option for network printers as well.
- Click Apply and Ok.
Print a test page to see if the lines disappear.
